This notice describes the code included in Sudoku Break.

What stays in your browser

The app processes its inputs in this page. Its code does not transmit those inputs and includes no advertising scripts, analytics, accounts or tracking cookies.

Optional local puzzle save

Only choosing Save here writes a saved puzzle to this browser’s local storage for this website address. The save includes its format version, level, starting puzzle, entries, notes, hint count and save time. Restore reads it here. It does not sync to an account or another device. Delete saved game removes this app’s save after confirmation; it does not delete the open puzzle or other sites’ data. Browser settings or data clearing may remove a save. A save made on the old hub address is separate from a save on this standalone website. Multiple copies of this game on the same origin share the same saved-game slot.

Optional portable save files

Download save writes the open puzzle and the same progress fields to a JSON file you keep. Import save reads a file you choose on your device and validates it locally; it never uploads the file or automatically writes browser storage. There are no accounts, syncing or background imports. The file contains puzzle progress, not the solution or undo history. Anyone with access to your downloaded file can read it. Deleting the browser save does not delete downloaded files; manage those in your device’s file manager. Versions without Download save cannot export this format.

Page hosting

Opening the website requests its HTML, styles and scripts from the hosting service. The hosting service receives ordinary connection information, such as your IP address and browser request details, and may apply its own security cookies or logging. This notice does not claim that the hosting service collects nothing. Any hosting-specific privacy terms depend on the provider used for the published website.

Links and your choices

Following an external reference opens a different service under that service’s privacy terms. Do not enter sensitive information on a shared device. If the owner later adds advertising, analytics or other services, this notice must be updated before they are enabled.
